The heat of the summer calls for alcohol consumption in moderation, but there is no denying that a nice cold cocktail can refresh and renew.

The first poll is up in the Quest for Cocktails. Our first cocktail is a Bahareita, a chocolate cherry tequila explosion of fun. ( you should know if you leave it to me, it will be tequila-- so get out there and submit some others!) It will expire in 2 weeks, so get out there, mix it up and let us know what you think.

For now, the poll is open. This means you do not have to be a project member to vote and will hopefully generate some interest and activity for the group. In an endeavor like this, the larger the collective mind the better. In the future, only project members will be able to vote, so if you have a lot of fun with this, come and join us and submit your own favorite recipes.

It is not too late to submit other recipes for consideration this weekend- I will check again for recipes in the talk section at Noon, EDT and post polls for any others out there.

This is the first call for recipes to be submitted.
Please enter your recipe in the recipe section of the Project Talk Forums.
Every Friday morning I will create Polls for the recipes that have been submitted that week. Members will have 2 weeks to make, taste and vote on them.
The highest voted recipes from the previous month will be entered into the Project Wiki the first week of the following month.
