Description of the project
This project is around the topics of sustainability, in: technical fields (water supply, dump management, transports, and so on…), economics and social background. As a side effect it’ll more than probably break some bad prejudices people have between both countries, especially in Switzerland.
Specifically, we want to provide highly competent engineers to Colombian companies who do have an environmental footprint. We also want to provide highly competent and competitive economists to companies that have an impact on Colombian economical structures, and economy. Ans also provide teachers, and social workers coming from other faculties as SSP.
Moreover the available TN list will also be sent to the other Swiss Lc’s
This project could be an occasion to create stronger bounds between the Swiss LC’s, than the ones created during the conferences.
How to reach our goals?
We have, here in Lausanne, a lot of very highly trained engineers at EPFL; and very well trained economists at HEC. The “social fields” are also a field where students can have a more direct impact on people; nevertheless they’re also in one of the best European faculties of social and political sciences. Therefore what we have to do is to propose them an interesting traineeship. We would have then to propose the available TN’s to the other Lc’s to be able to be able to send as much people as possible.
Furthermore this would also be an occasion to set an international AIESEC cooperation with some Colombian Lc’s.
Once cooperation has been settled up, it would be time to begin to recruit in the universities.
