Flupp Wupp the engineering power user of Amazee has created a
project that aims to bring the open source philosophy to the world of robotics.
The reason for this, he feels, is that the world of robotics is property led and bound in secrecy. This means that any attempt to get into the industry involves reinventing the wheel. The solution; a Linux-type approach! Just as open source has lead to monumental changes in software, this would radically change the world of robotics by providing a much needed space for innovation and collaborative development.
