Human Rights do have a place at Amazee, there are plenty of projects to prove that. Now there is a new one, Trouble in Paradise, which wants to raise awareness for the problems the Endorois of Kenya face.

The Endorois have traditionally been living around Lake Bogoria in the Rift Valley and in the Mochongoi forest on the Laikipia Plains until they were forced to leave their grounds. According to Trouble in Paradise they have suffered for the last thirty years from the oppression of the Kenyan government.

Since then the Endorois' new land has been subject to open mining of rubies, in which chemicals have been used that are now contaminating the drinking water in the region. And for us, it's just paradise when we go on a photo safari down in Africa. We need to think again, and Trouble in Paradise gives us the hard facts.
