Surely you know your national soccer team. But have you ever heard of a national startup team? Switzerland has one! Once a year, venturelab - a program of the national innovation promotion agency - selects twenty Swiss entrepreneurs and ships them over to Boston in the USA for a tough training camp. About one hundred applications were sent in this year.
The goal of this journey is to show the elite how they can enhance their high tech products even further. Looking at the
picture gallery it seems that they've got a full program. From visiting local high tech companies to academic training from Babson College professors to networking events with local entrepreneurs and investors - it's all in there.
