The majority of website owners only execute software updates as a result of a security breach. Our Global Maintenance Team employs open-source and bespoke software to automatically report on your site’s health, issues and update options. In certain cases, automated remediation is possible. In all cases, the Global Maintenance Team is alerted to the occurring issues and available software updates. As a Service Level Agreement customer, your sites are allocated a maintenance window in which a manual check of all software and security is performed. You are provided with a site health report and a remediation strategy, should it be required.
